No. The fund, structured as a SICAV-RAIF, is not subject to direct authorization by the CSSF. However, it is declared as an alternative investment fund and is managed under the supervision of an authorized AIFM, in accordance with the AIFM Directive.

Only well-informed investors within the meaning of Luxembourg law.
